This end of terrace house was situated in North London and had tight access to rear garden. Concrete patio and old slabs had to be removed in order for project to progress!
Our digger is able to fit in gaps as small as 980mm! This makes it super efficient and effective for residential foundation work.
Once our digger was positioned, we were able to use our Socomec to breakdown the concrete which were in the trench lines we needed to dig.
Once the concrete was broken down, the trenches were then marked and dug accordingly to the depth required.
Building control signed off.
