The team were instructed by @landmarkgroupuk on behalf of their client. The client had only 3 weeks from point of contact to complete Groundworks for a 3 bedroom house. The Team were able to:
– Assess and Quote
– Commence works within 48 hours of quote acceptance
– Dig foundations for 3 bedrooms from depths of 1.2m-2.5m depths
Working throughout December, the team faced limited hours of light, sub-zero temperatures and torrential rain. For safety and to ensure job completion by deadline we:
– Sheathed trenches to protect the exposed ground and reduce risk of any collapses overnight, especially at the depths we had to go too
– Did this until all areas were protected before we moved on the next morning
– Backfilled with concrete as soon as Building control approved the works
– Note: muck was kept under clients request
An essential but forgotten piece is to clean up your sites after work has ended.
– Cleared all wood and debris from site
– Reinstated Fencing and Door
– Jetwashed Driveway as well as the road to ensure neighbours were unaffected
– Remove all plant and machines from site
– Handover to happy client who was now able to continue this development at their own pace
